NSC EMPLOYEES ENCOURAGED TO EMBRACE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nzoia Sugar Company in partnership with the Public Relations Department is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction as highlighted in the Corporate Service Delivery charter by sensitizing staff on the tenets of good customer care.

Speaking during one of the sensitizations sessions with the out growers staff, the Public Relations Officer, Florence Mutinda, encouraged the staff to work as a team to serve customers and to be good ambassadors of the organization in their various areas of work.

While speaking about handling customer complaints, Ms. Mutinda explained that customer feedback is key and all Departmental Liaison persons must endeavor to give feedback. She explained that the PR office is currently conducting data analysis of the status of payments for all farmers who have registered official complaints with the Company for purposes of giving feedback via bulk sms.

She concluded by encouraging cohesiveness among workers in all Departments by living up to exceptional services which will eventually contribute towards enhancing the company’s image and perpetuate customer retention.
